Kiwi Group installed a new electrical supply from the ground floor distribution board to provide a safe, reliable and fully compliant temporary power solution within the car park area. The project was carefully planned to minimise disruption while ensuring the installation met the operational requirements of the site.

 

A steel wire armoured (SWA) cable was routed through the fixed gate and strategically positioned to avoid damage to the existing wall structure. The cable was securely fixed beneath the external cladding, carried safely over the gate opening, and terminated into two 16A weatherproof wall-mounted socket outlets, providing robust and dependable power access in an external environment.

As with all Kiwi Group electrical installations, safety and compliance were paramount throughout the project. The completed system was fully tested, inspected and certified by qualified engineers, with an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) issued upon completion. This provided the client with assurance that the installation complied with current electrical regulations and was ready for immediate use.

The result was a durable, practical and cost-effective power solution that met the client's temporary operational requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
