Leaky roof resolved
Another quality job completed for one of our clients
We recently fitted a timber wall plate to create a new sloping roof, installed 18mm plywood cut to size, then laid, trimmed and fully bonded the rubber covering. We also installed a new gutter to the front and around the side, directing water into the existing hopper, with all associated trims installed and sealed. Two new lead flashings were made and fitted to the roof ends, everything was sealed in, and the site left clean and tidy.
This new sloping roof allows rainwater to run off continuously into the gutter and away from the property, preventing water from sitting on the roof and finding its way inside.
